The Enneagram is a personality assessment. A tool used to better understand your and others' often unconscious motivations that drive how you uniquely think, act and feel. These show up in one of nine personality types, all of which have their own sets of strengths, weaknesses, stress triggers and blind spots.

After 20+ years of working in People / HR this is the best tool I've ever seen to understand yourself and others. It's unlike other tools because it goes below the surface of behavior and helps you understand why you do what you do. Similar to pulling weeds, the only way to create a lasting solution is to get at the root. ENNEAGRAM HISTORY
The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that explains nine interconnected personality types. "Enneagram" comes from the Greek words "ennéa" meaning "nine" and "gramma" meaning "figure". It represents a synthesis of ancient wisdom and cutting-edge psychology. Making it a multidisciplinary tool for personal and professional development that has evolved over thousands of years.
